Welcome! Peace Lutheran Church (ELCA)  was established in May of 1926,
holding the honor of being the oldest Lutheran church in the greater Memphis area. During that time, it was known as First United Lutheran as part of the United Lutheran Church in America.

    Peace is in the
heart of Midtown Memphis and near Mud Island and Rhodes College. We are a community open to all people. We are also a diverse group of people worshiping in a traditional Lutheran way celebrating Holy Communion every week.
We invite you to look around these pages and get a feel for our church. Feel free to share any comments or questions that might be on your mind through our online guest book.
If you're not currently a member of our church - we'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to one of our
weekly services. And of course, feel free to reach out to our Pastor.

We'd also like to invite you to make an online prayer request. You're prayer request opens the door, and God is waiting patiently on the other side of that door, at all times, in all situations, to join with you.

    Many blessings to you,

    Pastor Tiffany Hall McClung
